What carriers and services do you offer?
All shipments are delivered through USPS.
How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?
All orders are shipped on Monday.
Do orders need to be placed before a specific time?
Orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday for shipping the following Monday.
Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries?
Loola's Treats currently ships orders to U.S. addresses only. Loola's Treats does NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
Haven't received your shipment?
Please use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to track your order through USPS. If there is any confusion, please contact USPS. Also, please ensure that your shipping address information is accurate before purchasing. Once an order is shipped to the address provided, Loola's Treats no longer has control over that order. Additionally, you can file a claim through USPS if your order is lost.
Note**
It is not Loola's Treats' responsibility to replace orders or refund payments due to shipment errors that are not the company's fault. For instance, if the shipment information is entered correctly but issues occur during shipment, you should contact USPS for instructions on filing a claim for reimbursement. However, please feel free to contact Loola's Treats for assistance, as we will help in any way we can.
